If there is one thing we’re known for, it’s our Authentic Maritime Hospitality. That hospitality is what you’ll find at the core of our 6 locations – each staffed by our welcoming, helpful, and knowledgeable team. But what makes each location special? While our incredible people drive guest experiences, our Coastal Inns are conveniently located in some of the best parts of Atlantic Canada, with plenty to see and do! Join us for a quick trip down the Coastal path!
Antigonish is about as scenic as it gets. Not only is this location super family-friendly, with comfortable and spacious suites (plus some fantastic breakfast selections!), but you’re also right at the doorstep of Cape Breton Island – the East Coast’s not-so-hidden gem!
For the ultimate home base in western Nova Scotia, our Digby location should not be missed! Easy access for day trips along the Bay of Fundy shores and some of the most beautiful scenery in the province. And for seafood lovers, we have only two words: DIGBY SCALLOPS. There is nothing quite like a delicious feed of supremely fresh seafood.
Looking to tour the Eastern Shore? Look no further than Coastal Inn Dartmouth as your jump-off point and inviting retreat. Each unit is outfitted with a kitchenette to give you more flexibility and some of the comforts of home! This is a fantastic location for longer stays in the HRM, as we offer extended-stay rates to keep your travel economical and within budget! Plus, with easy access to all that the HRM has to offer, there’s no shortage of restaurants, shopping, and events to take in during your stay.
Coastal Inn Halifax is the best of both worlds. Whether you’re in the area for urban adventures, or just want something close to town as you explore rural Nova Scotia, this is your spot. Downtown Halifax and the waterfront are easily accessible from here, but so are Peggy’s Cove and the rest of the South Shore! Plus, you can unwind and cool off after a day of touring with our indoor pool.
Sackville is a fantastic hub for Maritime Province touring. You can easily plan day trips throughout to PEI, Northern NS, and Southeastern NB from here. Be sure to check out Fort Beausejour in Aulac, only 15 mins away! The fort, used by the Acadians to fight British forces in the 1700s, still stands to this day and is a unique piece of history. Another local gem in Sackville, for lovers of nature and wildlife, is the Sackville Waterfowl Park; 22.3 hectares (55 acres) of wetland with an extensive trail and boardwalk network.
Moncton/Dieppe, where do we start? An indoor pool at Coastal Inn Moncton/Dieppe, great shopping right across the street, Parlee beach only 20 minutes away, Fundy and Kouchibouquac National Parks both within an hour’s drive, and TONS of festivals & events happening in the city. Need we say more? Be sure to check out the ultimate showcase of Acadian music with the yearly Acadie Rock festival, coming up on August 15th! Moncton is a great place to call home for East Coast travel and our location is placed right in the middle of it all.
