Our staff not only work in the area, but they also live in the area. They get their morning coffee down the street, have date nights at the best restaurants and know exactly where you should go for an afternoon stroll. If you’re curious about where to go or what to do, they’d be happy to share their picks and give you a bit of an insight on what it’s like to live where they do.
TRAINING
We believe customer service is so important that all staff should be trained in it. They need to know what is expected before we let them serve you. When their training is done, the customer service conversation is not. Our staff is always discussing new ways to make their service one in a million. To make things even better, we have many long term staff (20+ years) who mentor our junior staff to keep our customer service consistent and everlasting.
