Food trucks have really come into vogue over the last few years, gaining popularity in bigger cities and on Food Network, and now making their way all throughout The Maritimes. Whether it’s local fare like fish n chips, or something more exotic brought to us by some amazing new immigrants, we’ve seen some amazing food trucks make their way to some Coastal Inns!
