Motorcoach Policy

RATE STRUCTURE Rates can be flexible, based on seasonality, volume, availability and location. Blackout dates may apply.
DRIVER RATE $75.00 per night.
PORTERAGE $4.00 per person round trip.
COMPLIMENTARY ROOMS One complimentary room will be provided for groups utilizing a minimum of 15 paid rooms.
COMPLIMENTARY MEALS Start your day with our complimentary “Coastal Plus” breakfast. Up early? Our Grab & Go breakfast is the perfect solution.
WELCOME RECEPTION Upon request, our host will meet & greet your group.
TAXES Harmonized sales tax applicable to all charges (STC). Some municipal levies may apply, please inquire.
DEPOSIT A $350 deposit is required at least 120 days in advance of arrival.
CANCELLATIONS must be received 4 weeks prior to arrival to avoid penalty & receive a full refund.
ROOMING LISTS In order to ensure a quick & efficient check-in, a rooming list is required at least two weeks prior to arrival date.
DAY OF ARRIVAL Expected arrival time to be confirmed with hotel by tour director.
PAYMENT Unless prearranged, full payment by cash, certified cheque or credit card is required prior to departure.
